چکیده
Increasing yield and adaptability of brown black rice in functional sub-optimal environments begins with increasing genetic diversity through conventional crosses between diverse germplasm. This study aims to determine the yield, diversity, heritability, interactions genotypes two different growing environments. The was conducted April-August 2021. designed using a two-factor Randomized Block Design (RAK) three replications. first factor genotype consisted 15 treatments, namely: 6 lines (G1-G6), five (G7-G11), parents are Baas Selem (G13), Situpatenggang (G14), GH Padi red (the elder line) one comparison variety Inpago Unram 1 (G15). second consists locations: Tampak Siring Village, Batukliang District (379 m asl) Mujur Praya Timur (103 Central Lombok Regency. results showed that (G15) higher than other genotypes, namely 7.10 t/ha. exact as (brown strain parent) Situ Patenggang (black were G6 G10 value 5.21 t/ha 5.35 t/ha, respectively. High heritability values indicated by plant height grain while traits classified low moderate range below 0.20 0.45. coefficient number productive tillers relatively high, 51.27%. Slightly obtained for non-productive 38.63% 48.26%, Developing recommended because they have yields. All tested able adapt

Emergence of Red Rice (Oryza sativa) Ecotypes Under Dry-Seeded Rice (Oryza sativa) Culture1
The effect of seeding depth on emergence of red rice (Oryza sativa) ecotypes from Arkansas (AR), Louisiana (LA), and Mississippi (MS) was determined under dry-seeded rice production in clay and silt loam soils in Arkansas. By 21 d after planting (DAP), all red rice ecotypes had emerged from planting depths of 1.3, 2.5, 5.0, and 7.5 cm in both clay and silt loam soils. In silt loam soil, seedlin...
متن کاملEvaluation of genetic parameters and heritability of traits in rice (Oryza sativa L.) using diallel method
To study the genetic control of grain yield and its components in rice using Hayman graphical method, 56 progenies obtained from diallel mating with eight parents (64 genotypes in total) were evaluated using randomized complete block design with three replications at research field of the Rice Research Institute of Iran in 2013. Agronomic traits, grain yield and its components were measured and...
متن کاملGenetic Diversity in Sadajira Rice (Oryza sativa L.) Germplasm
Genetic diversity of 40 traditional Bangladeshi rice genotypes was studied under rainfed condition through Mahalanobis D statistic for grain yield and yield contributing characters. The genotypes were grouped into six clusters. The inter-cluster distances were higher than intra-cluster distances indicating wider genetic diversity among the genotypes of different clusters. The intra-cluster dist...
متن کاملGenetic polymorphism in rice (Oryza sativa L.) through RAPD analysis
Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) assay was performed to estimate genetic polymorphism in six different rice (Oryza sativa L.) cultivars viz. Basmati 370, DM 25, IRATOM 24, Binadhan 6, TNDB 100 and Y 1281. Three out of the 15 decamer random primers showed amplification of genomic DNA in 24 individuals. The primers produced a total of 26 bands of which 14 were polymorphic. Proportion of po...

The experiment was conducted under the agro-ecological zone of Modhupur Tract (AEZ-28) to determine the genetic diversity among 39 rice genotypes, collected from Bangladesh Rice Research Institute, Lal Teer Seed Ltd. and Chittagong Hill Tracts. The genotypes were grouped into six clusters based on Mahalanobis’s D 2 statistics and Canonical Variate Analysis. Cluster I consisted with the highest ...
